The drum or pulsator motor is not operating as expected.
Samsung assigns 3C or 3E to motor operation. Service is needed if the display remains after a restart.
Switch the appliance off in a controlled way, safely disconnect power, wait at least 30 seconds and restart once. Contact manufacturer service if the code remains.
