The appliance fills but does not begin active washing.
Samsung assigns 3C or 3E to the wash motor and recommends one controlled restart.
Switch the appliance off in a controlled way, safely disconnect power, wait at least 30 seconds and restart once. Contact manufacturer service if the code remains.
