The touch keys are not operating correctly; moisture on the panel may be the cause.
Bosch recommends drying the control panel and briefly resetting power.
Switch off and let the oven cool fully. Dry the panel; only if safely dry, switch the circuit off for 10 seconds. Contact Bosch if E11 remains.
