There is a fault in the detergent-dispenser solenoid circuit.
Bosch recommends a controlled power reset. Internal electrical work belongs with service personnel.
Switch the appliance off in a controlled way, safely disconnect power, wait at least 30 seconds and restart once. Contact manufacturer service if the code remains.
